The Spoiled King is a character who appears in the short "Shishkabugs", his only appearance to date. He is particularly foul-temptered and nasty, especially towards his chef, Yosemite Sam. His favorite dish is Hassenpfeffer (despite the cartoon's title), a dish with the main ingredient being a rabbit, in this case Bugs Bunny.
