Taz Babies is an episode of Taz-Mania directed by Lenord Robinson. It first aired 12 Sep 1992.
Plot
The Vice President of Bandicoot Broadcasting watches a private screening of the show Taz-Mania where Bull and Axl chase Taz. He gives his input on making the show better and the actors break the fourth wall to help. Bull pitches his idea for "Bullmania." Taz speaks his mind in a perfectly normal voice. The veep suggest further revamping so we next see younger versions of the three actors in "Taz Babies." (Axl has regressed so far that he's now an egg with legs.) The veep says this show is ahead of its time, so next we see "Do It Yourself with the Platapus Brothers." The Platypus Brothers fall, causing the entire background to collapse; the veep laughs, the iris closes.
Trivia
- This episode spoofs children's programs. Ironically a decade later, Baby Taz would appear in Baby Looney Tunes.
- Pictures of Elmer Fudd, Bugs Bunny, Wile E. Coyote, Road Runner and more stars are hanging on the walls of the Bandicoot Broadcasting building.
