Construction

Telephone Pole is a series of 2021 and 2022 Looney Tunes Cartoons gag interstitials. About thirty seconds long, each plays between other shorts in the Max packages.

Plot[]

Gag #1 (Sylvester Car Jack Lift)[]

A hungry Sylvester noticed a yellow feather and looks up and sees Tweety up on a power line pole. Determined to get the bird, Sylvester turns into a jack-lift and remarks, "Bet you didn't know I can do this, huh, Folks.", before Sylvester can eat Tweety however, Tweety reminds Sylvester that his shoes are untied and Sylvester ties them, unaware that there were two dynamite sticks on his feet instead of shoes and the dynamite blows up on Sylvester.

Gag #2 (Cherry Picker)[]

A hungry Sylvester notices a yellow feather and sees Tweety up on a powerline pole. Determined to get the bird, Sylvester uses a cherry picker machine. But, when he got to the nest, he realizes that Tweety mysteriously disappeared. Tweety appears down below wearing a construction hat, gloves and vest and he pulls the lever and the crane falls on the ground, then, backs up and Sylvester gets electrocuted and gets hit by the poles a couple times and he squashes down. Tweety reminds Sylvester to always wear a hard hat.

Gag #3 (Anvil)[]

A hungry Sylvester noticed a yellow feather and looks up and sees Tweety up on a power line pole. Determined to get the bird, Sylvester climbs up, Tweety however can't get comfortable, and discovers an anvil in his nest and drops it on Sylvester, sending the cat falling to the ground. Tweety continues to nap, while Sylvester spits out a horseshoe.

Gag #4 (Grappling Hook)[]

A hungry Sylvester sees a yellow feather and looks up and sees Tweety high up on a telephone pole. Determined to get the bird, Sylvester uses a grappling hook to pull the telephone pole down, with Tweety on top. But, before, Sylvester can eat Tweety, he accidentally let go of the rope and the path pulls up and the cat collides into it.

Gag #5 (High Wire)[]

A hungry Sylvester sees a yellow feather and looks up and sees Tweety up on a telephone pole. Determined to get the bird, Sylvester uses a pole to walk across the telephone wire, in hopes of catching Tweety. The bird appears on the pole, asking Sylvester if he's on a high wire, which the cat accepts and wonders why Tweety is on one end of the pole, he tries to catch the bird, but, it flew away and Sylvester tries to keep his balance. Tweety appears on the other end of the pole. Sylvester turns the pole around, but, Tweety was on the other end. Sylvester tries to catch him, but, Tweety was on the other end of the pole. Sylvester swats the bird away, but, tries to keep his balance. Sylvester wonders where the bird disappeared to this time; Tweety was on his tail. Sylvester tries to swat Tweety, but, the bird flew off and Sylvester hit his tail, losing his balance and falls and hits the pole. Tweety comments, "Now, that's what I call a pole cat!"

Gag #6 (Shrinking Telephone Pole)[]

Gag #7 (Circular Fan)[]

A hungry Sylvester sees a yellow feather and looks up and sees Tweety up on a telephone pole. Determined to get the bird, Sylvester uses a circular fan and flies up to the nest, but, when he got there, Tweety disappeared. When Sylvester wonder where Tweety disappeared too, Tweety was down below, thinking that Sylvester's learning to fly. The bird told the cat to flap his arms, and proceeds to turn the fan on the down setting, which sends the cat falling and through the fan. Tweety flicks the fan to the up setting, shedding Sylvester's fur and splitting him into pieces in the process.

Gag #8 (Zip Line)[]

A hungry Sylvester noticed a yellow feather and looks up and sees Tweety on a telephone pole. Determined to get the bird, Sylvester gets out a piece of rope and ties one end to a TV antenna and fires an arrow to the nest and he proceeds to zipline to the bird while saying, "This ziplining feline’s making a beeline for his lunchtime.", But, Tweety begs to differ as he proceeds to use a Swiss Army Knife to cut the rope. Sylvester tries to slow his momentum down, but, proceeds to hold on to the line. The line breaks and Sylvester hits a wall, as the TV antenna falls down along with the cat and he fell right on top.
