Looking for a place to spend the summer in Mexico, Daffy rents the cheapest house he can find. However Speedy already lives there, and says his family has lived there for generations. Speedy is willing to share the house but Daffy demands he leave. He tries a number of methods to remove the rodent to no avail. Finally he packs the entire crawlspace under the house, where Speedy has been hiding, with explosives.
