The Grey Hounded Hare is a 1949 Looney Tunes short directed by Robert McKimson.
Plot
Bugs visits a dog racetrack. While the dogs are eating, he checks some of them out. When he looks dog #7 ("Gnawbone") in the mouth, the dog gets angry and lunges at Bugs. Mistaking a mechanical rabbit for a real female rabbit, Bugs falls in love with it and and attempts to save "her" from the pursuing dogs. Chaos ensues!
