The Junkyard Run Part 1

The Junkyard Run Part 1 is the first webisode of The Junkyard Run series of Webtoons cartoons.

Plot[]

Cecil Turtle announces the Burbank to Vegas Desert Rally wherein first prize for the winner is a coveted Golden Anvil. Three competing teams, each consisting of Bugs and Daffy, Porky and Sylvester, and Yosemite Sam and Taz, construct racing vehicles from items found in the junkyard. After Sylvester brings parts to Porky for their vehicle, Daffy gets a TV thrown onto his head, which is picked up by Taz. Meanwhile, Yosemite Sam is busy putting finishing touches on his and Taz's "ice box car", when he notices Taz entertaining himself with the TV. After begrudgingly getting back to work, Taz briefly stops to take a rocket pop from the ice box car's freezer compartment, which Sam snatches from him telling him he was not eating until they'd finished. When Sam tries to eat the rocket pop himself, it blows up in his face. Bugs also puts the finishing touches on his and Daffy's vehicle.

At the starting line, Porky revs up his and Sylvester's vehicle, accidentally causing Sylvester to lose his fur. Daffy reminds Bugs to wake him up when it's his turn to drive. Taz takes another rocket pop from the ice box car's freezer compartment, but Sam snatches it again and throws it away, telling him there would be no eating until after the race; the pop lands near Daffy and blows him up. Cecil starts the race and all three teams head off across Burbank. Cecil then utilises his rocket propelled shell to fly off to Vegas himself, on account of his bookie closing in 15 minutes.
