- "Well, now, I wouldn't say that."
The Little Man from the Draft Board is a minor character from the Looney Tunes franchise. He is a US government agent responsible for delivering army conscription orders to civilians.
He served as an unintentional yet persistent foe to Daffy Duck in the 1945 short "Draftee Daffy" where he attempts to hand over Daffy's conscription orders by any means necessary. Since then, he has made minor background cameos in post-Golden Age Looney Tunes media as either a crowd filler or a delivery man.

- A model sheet reveals that his name is "Howdy Doody."
