Release[]
Several sources give conflicting release dates for the cartoons released between August and September 1934. This page lists 8 September as the release date, as cited in the trade magazine Harrison's Reports and in Steve Schneider's That's All Folks! which relies on original Warner Bros. release sheets.[2][3]
Notes[]
- Three of the ceramic figures resemble the Three Stooges.
- This is the first cartoon to credit Chuck Jones as an animator.
- MeTV+ aired a previously unreleased restored print of this short on Sunday Night Cartoons, restoring the original ending as well.
- The "That's all Folks!" closing sequence includes a ceramic figure saying "That's All Folks!" in Bosko's/Buddy's voice.
- This cartoon shows the debut of the new logo for Warner Bros. Cartoons that would be used until 1936's "The Cat Came Back".
