Title
The title and episode are a play on Alfred Hitchcock films, especially the 1955 movie To Catch a Thief.
Plot
Mr. Thickley is missing a piece of cake and accuses Taz of stealing it. Wendal T. Wolf tries to arrest him but Taz evades him. In order to clear his name, he must find the real culprit while Wendal continues to chase him. Taz finally catches up with the mystery man and Wendal arrests him, and it turns out to be Thickley, in a Taz costume, in a spy costume, who ate his own cake.
