Title
The title is a pun on the Star Trek phrase, "Where no man has gone before."
Plot
Hearing that a space probe is about to be launched that will feature Men and Women on it, Brain changes it so that it appears that he rules the world. Aliens find the probe, and believe that Brain is a god. So they take him to their planet, and worship him.
